Data management is the development and execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of an enterprise (Official DAMA definition).
The concept of Data Management encompasses a broad range of different aspects in software engineering and forms a complete study field on its own.

I've been following a set of interesting lectures related to two specific fields in Data Management during my MSc studies for which, as usual, I have written little summaries.
